10MN79V. Fault: does not exit standby mode. Low level on the processor SDA bus (about 1.5 V). After replacing the ST9291J7B1 / AJM processor (can be supplied with the last letters AIR), the SDA level returned to normal, the diode on the front panel constantly flashes, and does not exit standby mode. I installed a clean memory chip, the TV turned on without any distortion in geometry, color, etc.

51MT11X. Malfunction: the TV does not exit standby mode, although the microprocessor has already switched to operating mode, but the horizontal scan start pulses are blocked. And they are blocked using the chain DF21, RF21, TF21, DF22. If you temporarily disable DF22, the device will turn on with a horizontal strip closer to the upper edge. That is, the malfunction is localized in the frame scan, or rather, the IF01 TDA1771 is malfunctioning.

20MG77C. Fault: the device is in working mode, there is sound, but there is no raster. As the accelerating voltage increases, a vertical bar appears in the center of the screen. Cause: A 0.47 uF x 250 V capacitor in the line of low-deflection coils is faulty. All models on the TX91G chassis. Revision. If the contents of the NVM memory are constantly lost, it is necessary to refine the TV circuit by adding an electrolytic capacitor (47 μF x 16 V) between the JR11 (+) jumper and the IR01 (-) screen.

The inclusion circuit was taken from AIWA-2002. The difference in the microcircuits is in the supply of voltage to the 3rd leg. 65 V is supplied to the TDA8178. This circuit is chopped off (and it has already been chopped off, since J238 (4R7) must have burned out), and leg 3 is connected to leg 6 through an electrolyte (220 μF x 50 V) plus to leg 6. Diodes DF16 and DF18 from 3 legs to solder too. Connect foot 10 to the foot 7 with a capacitance of 10 μF x 50 V minus the ground and through the divider 30 * kOhm (top) - 3.6 kOhm (bottom) apply 24 V.   On the PCB side, add the RGP15G diode in parallel with LL010 (cathode to the collector of the TL010 transistor). Replace the inductors LL011, LL012, LL032 and LL030 with jumpers. Remove the resistors RL032 and RL030.

29MH50N. Fault: does not exit standby mode: The LED on the front panel flashes 3 times. The transistor of the amplifier of the geometrical distortion correction circuit of the raster TL003 (BD242C) is broken. After replacing the transistor, it punches immediately when turned on. The capacitor at the jumper JL915 turned out to be faulty (leakage; its resistance was about 200 kOhm).

21MH10C. Fault: when turned on, the red LED lights up (standby mode). Then the LED switches to green (operating mode) and after 1-2 s returns to standby mode. The process is repeated. In standby mode, everything is normal, and when you switch to the operating mode, the microcontroller's supply voltage drops (+5 V), as a result of which the TV goes into standby mode, the controller's power is restored, etc. As a result of the analysis of the installation, it becomes clear that the controller power is taken from the power supply in standby mode, and from the line transformer through the 1N4001 diode in operating mode. This diode was broken. While he was going to change, the diode was restored, the TV worked. After replacing it, everything works fine. The owner of the TV reported that he suffered from this defect almost from the very beginning. Sometimes the TV began to work itself, sometimes it was necessary to call the masters, but as a result of the search for a defect, the TV’s performance was restored, and the device worked for several months.

21DG16KR. Fault: does not turn on. The client complained that during the operation of the device, before the final breakdown, a strange noise walked on the image. In the primary circuits of the power supply turned out to be a faulty Zener diode DP27 for 27 V, in the secondary circuits the transistor TP52 (BC546) is in a leak, it is better to replace it with BC639; however, you have to bend your legs, because the pinout does not match. I also recommend replacing the TP50.

21DG16KG. Fault: the raster is flooded with white, reverse lines are visible. Cause: Capacitor leak in the ICUT signal circuit, pos. Designation CV035 (560 pF).

25DX25KG. Fault: the kinescope, when turned on, lights up brightly and turns off, then everything repeats. K.z. +200 V circuit - power supply of the TDA6107Q video amplifier. Zener diode 1.5KE250A is broken. Installed on the tube of the tube.

THOMSON 21DG16KR. Defect - does not turn on. The client complained that during the life of the device in the image there was a strange hindrance. In the primary circuits of the power supply unit, the faulty DP27 zener diode turned out to be 27 volts, in the secondary circuits the TP52 BC546 transistor is in leakage, it is better to replace it with BC639, though you have to bend your legs, because the pinout does not match. I also advise you to replace the IP50.

   THOMSON 14MK10E Chassis TX807CEU, processor TDA9351PS / N1 / 1K0180.THOMSON 14MK10E Fault: when you turn on, you can hear the buzzing of the TV does not turn on. The S2055N line scan transistor failed and naturally the power supply turned out to be overloaded. After replacing this transistor, the TV turned on, but there was a white-gray image on the screen.    THOMSON 21MK10E chassis TX807C. Fault: the power supply burned out from a foreign object (10 kopecks). The transistor STP3NB90FP and the resistor RP008 5.1 ohm failed, after replacing the burned-out elements the PSU did not start. With a thorough check of the zener diodes and diodes (zener diodes were checked for stabilization voltage), the evil source DP027 BZX55B27 was detected and replaced (its stabilization voltage became 9 volts instead of 27). The tester zener diode rang as good.
   THOMSON 29DM400 ETC-210 100Hz Failure: for a short period, two devices with the same hole failure in the TDEG OREGA 10829180. For replacement, I used an analog HR80001.
   THOMSON chassis TX807. Fault: the TV does not turn on, the LED blinks once a second. No horizontal scan start. Faulty firmware in the memory chip. After installing a clean memory, the TV turned on! but after 20 sec. it all happened again! To troubleshoot, enter and exit the service! TV works without any additional adjustments!
   THOMSON chassis ICC17. Fault: it does not enter the operating mode, it is broken (BUH516), after replacing the transistor, the body generates an error 27. TDKS OREGA 40351A-5 replacement is required. I installed an analog of HR8846. The phone turned on, but did not set the balance, it smears red. On the kinescope board, the LB02 choke set R (1st) in parallel with it. The balance has been established.
   THOMSON chassis ITC008 Fault: when turned on, high appears and the TV turns off. Protection is triggered due to an open in the correction block of the resistor RL102 3.9kOhm
THOMSON 20 "- TX-807 chassis. Poor contrast, almost unadjustable. The menu is normally contrasted. There is sound. I increased the nominal value to one moment - resistor RL002 (82 Kom) in the OFF circuit.
   Thomson 20MG10C. Defect: the TV does not connect, the standby indicator blinks. All signs of the departure of the firmware. If you press the POWER button on the remote control and hold it a little (for about a minute), then the TV will connect and then function normally.
   Thomson 21MX15KG (processor TDA9554PS / N1 / 1/0683). Defect: when switching programs, the image is not visible for a long time, it displays on the screen - PIN XXXX. After installing a clean memory chip, it was self-initializing. Everything went well, it was not even necessary to adjust the size of the raster.
