3.3. To provide access to STV and remove services, the applicant is responsible for the mother's ownership and subscriber distribution system, installed in the apartment in such a way that it can be connected to the operator's STV subscriber line. The obligation to ensure the availability of the subscriber distribution system and the back office (end) is borne by the Subscriber.
3.4. Granting access to STV is granted on the basis of technical feasibility no later than 35 days from the date of submission of the application.
3.5. 4. Payment for services

4.1. The value of the Operator's services consists of: a one-time payment for giving the Subscriber access to STV and a monthly subscription fee based on the Operator's regular price list.
4.2. Payment for services must be made before the 10th day of the month following the payable month of the Operator's payment document at the Operator's payment acceptance points.
4.3. Payment can be made in advance for one or several months in advance. When changing the amount of the subscription fee (tariff) specified in the Price List, during the advance payment period the Subscriber will be required to pay an additional payment for 30 calendar days from the moment of payment for the frequent payment period.
4.4. Whenever a change in the Price List is indicated, the Operator informs the Subscriber about it in any way accessible to the Operator, including through mass information, in places of work with Subscribers (Operator’s offices), no later than 10 days in the period before the entry into action. 5. Rights and obligations of the parties

7. The procedure for strengthening, changing, appending and expanding the Treaty

7.1. The Operator and Subscriber have the right, at any time during the year, to open the Agreement with the obligatory notifications of the other parties for a month.
7.2. The Operator's services are based on the Subscriber's special application submitted to the Operator's subscriber department.

7.3. In case of a contract with payment for services, the Operator can terminate the agreement unilaterally, having previously informed the Subscriber about it. By way of eviction, the Operator has the right to go to court with a summons.
7.4. If there is an obligation to pay for the Operator's services at the time the Agreement is issued, the Subscriber is required to pay the obligation no later than 10 (ten) days from the date of the Agreement. In the event of a violation of the assigned mind by the Subscriber, the Operator has the right to inform the Subscriber of a new Agreement until the moment of actual payment of the invoice with the re-indexation on the day of payment.

8. Type of sides

8.1. For illegal or improper violation of this Agreement, the Operator and the Subscriber bear responsibility established by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation, including the Rules for the provision of communication services for the purposes of television communication this (or) radio communication, approved by the decree of the Order of the Russian Federation dated December 22, 2006 R. with the Treaty.
8.2. The operator is not responsible for:
8.2.1. Interrupt the active operation of the STV, due to the interruption of the Subscriber's power supply.
