4.4. 7.1. The Operator and Subscriber have the right, at any time during the year, to open the Agreement with the obligatory notifications of the other parties for a month.
7.2. The Operator's services are based on the Subscriber's special application submitted to the Operator's subscriber department.

7.3. In case of a contract with payment for services, the Operator can terminate the agreement unilaterally, having previously informed the Subscriber about it. By way of eviction, the Operator has the right to go to court with a summons.
7.4. If there is an obligation to pay for the Operator's services at the time the Agreement is issued, the Subscriber is required to pay the obligation no later than 10 (ten) days from the date of the Agreement. In the event of a violation of the assigned mind by the Subscriber, the Operator has the right to inform the Subscriber of a new Agreement until the moment of actual payment of the invoice with the re-indexation on the day of payment.
7.5. Once the Agreement has been terminated, the Operator’s specialist will begin connecting the subscriber distribution system to the Operator’s STV. With this subscription fee will continue until the actual connection of the subscriber distribution system to STV communication services.
7.6. Once the Agreement is renewed, the Subscriber undertakes not to overload the Operator with the connection to the subscriber's distribution system in connection with the STV communication system.
7.7. When connected, the operator has the right to inform about the Subscriber, and if there is a charge for the subscriber fee, the Subscriber’s connection will be installed A signature issued by the Operator, which confirms the fact that the subscriber distribution system is connected to STV.
7.8. The Operator has the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement once the provision of certain Services has been applied, having notified the Subscriber about it no later than 30 (thirty) days before the date of application of the Service.

8. Type of sides

8.1. For illegal or improper violation of this Agreement, the Operator and the Subscriber bear responsibility established by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation, including the Rules for the provision of communication services for the purposes of television communication this (or) radio communication, approved by the decree of the Order of the Russian Federation dated December 22, 2006 R. with the Treaty.
8.2. The operator is not responsible for:
8.2.1. Interrupt the active operation of the STV, due to the interruption of the Subscriber's power supply.
8.2.2. Take a break from the robot's possession of STV, associated with the change of atmospheric, meteorological minds, which flows into the bitterness
servants, as well as for the inheritance of the influx of conditions of inexorable force on the provision of services.
8.2.3. Failure to provide services to the Subscriber for reasons of a technical nature through untimely submission or lack of applications from the Subscriber.
8.3. The procedure for presenting and reviewing claims related to the provisions of this Agreement is established by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation (On the Protection of the Rights of Spouses), the rules for the provision of services for the purposes of television and radio communication, approved by the Resolution of the Russian Federation of the Siysk Federation 12/22/2006 No. 785.
8.4. This Agreement has been established in two examples, which have the same legal force, one each for the Operator and the Subscriber.
