The subscription price for the "Starter" package is 600 rubles including VAT for the entire period of the service and is charged one-time. The package does not include.
The service of providing access to television channels included in the "Start" package is provided to Subscribers who have subscribed to the "Start" package during the entire term of the subscription agreement.
Discounts provided by the Television Company to Subscribers within the framework of the loyalty bonus program do not apply to the Television Company's services for providing access to television channels included in the "Start" package (i.e. bonus points accumulated by Subscribers of the Television Company cannot be charged subscription to the "Starter" package).
In case of switching to a new version of the coding of the conditional access system with the termination of broadcasting in the old coding, in order to continue receiving the services of the TV company, Subscribers who subscribed only to the Startovy channel package must reimburse the TV company for the costs associated with providing them with a new conditional access card in the amount of 600 rubles (the cost of an access card, services for sending it, etc.).
The above does not apply to subscribers who, within the last 3 years prior to the date of the proposed deactivation of the old version of the encoding, paid for the services of the TV company to provide access to certain events, channels or channel packages for a total amount of more than 600 rubles (excluding payment for the services of the TV company to provide access to the channels of the "Start" package).
