The textbook covers the procedure for civil proceedings in courts of general jurisdiction, including justices of the peace. It also sets out the basics of knowledge about the arbitration process and non-judicial forms of protection of law (notarial and arbitration). The content takes into account changes in the current legislation as of July 1, 2013. The program of the discipline "Civil Procedure", a list of recommended educational literature, guidelines for studying the course are presented, materials of the ATP "ConsultantPlus" and "Garant" are used.
