  • Download wconnect and ADB tool from Android SDK (sent to archive archives)
  • Unzip the archives next to the folder

  • Now open the adb folder, use the Shift button to right-click on the platform-tools folder and select “Open command window”
  • In the middle of the platform-tools folder place the .apk file of the program you are going to install
  • In the command line enter adb devices, to reconnect when the device is connected
  • Enter adbinstall im'programs.apk(for example, adbinstallduolingo.apk)
  • Wait until the installation is complete, and then look for the program in the list of Windows 10 Mobile programs

Please note, not all Android programs function properly, and they don’t work at all, especially programs that require Google services.
