The people of Cape Verde are the most hostile to tourists. Although the country is inhabited mainly by dark-skinned people and even darker-skinned people, the cultural plan of the island is characterized by a harmonious symbiosis of Europe and Africa. There is nothing to do with Europeans here, and there is no “black racism”. Here we understand European languages (including Russian, more briefly), and also speak Creole - a language that was formed on the basis of the Portuguese language of Western Africa, however, it is not similar to either the Persian or the rest no.
