I recently stumbled upon one of the 1C messages when I logged onto my accountant’s computer.
When trying another declaration with a double-dimensional barcode, the 1C 8.3 program shows the statement “To generate a machine-readable form, it is necessary to install an additional component in the system” and the proposition to install the Other ND from PDF417. When you try to install this module, a window will appear with notifications about the components that are already installed and the option to update them. When you try to update, you receive the message “Formation of the machine-readable form was interrupted: the system does not have an additional component installed.”
As a short summary, it is clear that the computer has all the necessary components installed, and the 1C program has downloaded and prompted the reinstallation.
When learning about this process, I realized that for other documents with a two-dimensional barcode from 1C, it is necessary for the following software components to be installed on the computer:
- System font settings.
- Library module for double barcode (PDF417). Visit the GNIVC website.
- Operating system Windows x32-x64. I still don’t know about running this component under Linux.
- Client (platform) version 1C x32.
Decision
To solve the problem, I started to check that everything points to what we can do.
I downloaded the system and installed the eang000.ttf font, closing point number one, but it did not give any result.
Trying to install the library module for another dual-dimensional barcode (PDF417) using the 1C program, and also manually selecting the component by downloading it from the site and installing it. Zero effect. Point two is closed.
On board we had Windows 7 x32 and x64, and point number three is the same, and as a result of the verification, it turned out that on a computer with the Windows x32 version everything worked without problems. This itself led me to a serious problem with the smoothness when forming a machine-readable form.
At the hour of checking the version of the 1C client, it became clear that the x64 Windows operating system and the 1C client were installed on the problem computers.
For whatever reason, the component does not work with the x64 version of 1c.
After reinstalling the 1c platform on x32, the other two-dimensional barcode was updated.

- The “List of fonts” list will have the row “EanGnivc (True Type)”. Select this row and press the OK button.

Otherwise, the control authorities will not allow your data to be verified.
There were a number of companies among 1C clients that were determined not to change the current configuration and platform. In connection with this, you may encounter problems if you launch each other from 1C with a two-dimensional PDF417 barcode. FNP of the Russian Federation periodically make changes to the template of which barcode is displayed, so that all counterparties are insured. - The size of the barcode will remain unchanged;
