We first connect the zeros (blue color) of all three cables with help and carefully place them in the depth of the electrical outlet.

Then the phase (white color) of the life cable is connected to the Vago terminal and here the phase (white color) is connected to the cable laid to the feed-through terminal No. 2.

Why did I connect the life phase through the terminal?! Moreover, since the Livolo terminals are designed to connect only one conductor, it happened to be stuck in the additional terminal.

From the phase terminal, we make a jumper into the lower socket box for connection to the terminal L (In) of the feed-through circuit breaker No. 1.

The conductor that has lost (yellow-green color) in the lower socket box is vikorista as a successful COM conductor between passing signals. This is connected to the COM terminal of the feed-through terminal No. 1.

The PE conductors of the power cable and the cable laid to the front lamps are connected behind the additional terminal, and a jumper is connected to the phase terminal to connect the touch sensor for lighting the front.

We carefully place all the terminals in the socket box and connect the touch sensor.

The phase is connected to terminal L (In), and the switching phase of the cable that goes to the front lamps is connected to terminal L1 (Load).

Vimikach Livolo are mounted in the socket box exclusively on fastening screws (included in the kit) and they do not have any claws that can be opened.

The base of the vimikach is made of metal and allows for quick installation.

The electrical outlet, to tell us, has 2 cables:

• cable from feed-through pump No. 1 to feed-through pump No. 2 VVGNG (3x1.5)
• cable to the lamps in the VVGNG corridor (3x1.5)

We connect the zeros (blue color) of both cables behind the Vago terminal, and those that are lost are connected in the coming order:

• phase from the cable from the feed-through terminal No. 1 - to the L(In) terminal
• yellow-green core from the cable from the feed-through terminal No. 1 - to the COM terminal
• switching phase from the lamp cable in the corridor - to terminal L1 (Load)

After installing Livolo pass-through devices, they need to be synchronized one by one to work. To do this, you need to press and release the sensor on the pass-through device No. 1 for about 5-7 seconds until the sound signal sounds. Then, at the pass-through device No. 2, you need to press and release the sensor until it stops at least 2 times. The axis of the principle is the entire synchronization.

To reset synchronization, you must press and release the sensor approximately 10 seconds before the signal is heard.

Lighting control from two places with the help of Livolo users

When you press the sensor (color on the glass panel) of the pass-through device No. 1, the lighting of the corridor is turned on. To terminal L (In) we connect the phase that comes from the distribution box (in the wiring diagram for the red color), and to terminal L1 (Load) - the switching phase (in the wiring diagram for the orange color), which goes to the lamp or group of lamps.

I initially planned to install a sensory device on the kitchen apron, but, as practice has shown, it’s impossible to do so - I’ll tell you a little about the reasons below. So, as a butt, I’ll show you the installation of a vimikach for the lighting in the bathroom.

In the bathroom, you need to install one button to control the lighting, and another. If there is no fan yet, I will only connect the lighting group to the power supply. Next, perhaps, I will connect the fan control to this group, as well as the timer.

The white vein is the phase L, the blue one is zero N, and the yellow-green one is the dry conductor PE.

Now we have to connect the phase coming from the apartment panel to the L (In) terminal, and connect the commutating phase to the L1 (Load) terminal that goes to the cable to the group of lamps. Zero and dry conductors I met with each other, apparently, there in the electrical outlet for help.

I carefully put the darts into the socket and proceed until the vimikach is installed. Why do you want to work if you plan to install a bunch of such devices?!

Let's have a blast! The standard distance between the centers of electrical outlets is 71 (mm). The overall size of the glass panel of the touch controller is 80 mm. In this way, from the center to the edge of the glass panel there will be 40 (mm), which protrudes 6 (mm) beyond the edge of our electrical outlet, which has a diameter of 68 (mm). The instructions for installing Vimikac cannot be installed, because Their edges overlap one another. And this means that it is impossible to place such symbols in one row in this situation.

The way out of an attack situation is to increase the distance between the electrical outlets in advance, then. Instead of the standard 71 (mm) there is a new 80 (mm). The axis is such a nuance.

Setting up the remote control

Remote control can only be performed using a nearby remote control (VL-RMT-02), but rather via the remote control, which is included in the standard delivery kit.

The remote control is small and compact 40x25x15 (mm) with the possibility of programming such devices. It has a metal front panel, and its buttons are protected by a thick plastic curtain that can be opened.

The remote control operates at a frequency of 433.92 (MHz) with a 27A/12 (V) battery, which, unfortunately, is not included in the package, as it happened to be bought by accident. May tse na vazі.

To set up the remote control, you need to press and release the sensor button on the controller until you hear a sound signal - for about 5 seconds.

Then you need to press either three (A or C) buttons on the remote control (I’ll take button B for the butt) until a second single beep appears.

Button D cannot be programmed. because This function is initially programmed to enable all three sensors programmed to the buttons of this remote control.

If you want to connect the remote control of the caravan to the device, carry out similar actions. Only when pressed on the control panel, not a single signal will appear, but a double one.

If you want to reset all Wimikach settings, press and hold on the Wimikach sensor for about 10 seconds. All connected remote control units will be disabled until the device is used.

As I said, for the additional help of one launcher you can use 3 vimikachs (or 3 sensors). Also, one controller (sensor) can be connected to up to 8 different remote controls simultaneously.

The settings of the device and the remote control remain active when the power is turned off and there is no battery in the remote control. And this is very important!

Based on the stated characteristics, the operating range of the remote control is set to 20 (m). I am not able to verify this in the minds of my home. From any point in the apartment, Vimikach works without problems, whether from behind the wall or from behind. Let me clarify that all the walls in the apartment are plasterboard. I can’t say how Vimikach will behave with concrete walls.

Little modernization

You may be told that it is not very easy to aim at the small sensor button. Ale tse all virishuvanes! The other tip of the conductor is loose (at the end), and it must be secured around the perimeter before placing the board on glue, tape and other manual methods, as shown in the photo below.

2. Linking Vimikach to a PC, tablet or phone

On one of the forums, I posted a report about the fact that this controller can be linked to the Arduino Uno controller, which means that it is now possible not only manually, but from the remote controller, but directly from the computer, tablet, phone and call for help using voice commands. Also, keep in mind that with the help of such flexibility, you can rely more on a “reasonable” system for controlling the lighting (and not just that) of your home or apartment.

I’ll say a couple of things about the shortcomings that have been identified.

Please note that the panel is supposed to have a lot of play at the seating clamps, but also between the reasonable ones. Also, the glass panel gradually loses finger padding. More from the shortcomings for now means nothing to me.

As an alternative to devices with touch and remote sensors, you can install ready-made devices (controllers) on the same platform that are installed in, although their functionality will be much less.
