GOALS AND OBJECTIVES, EVALUATION CRITERIA

State certification of graduates ( DIA) for specialty 070602 Design (behind the curtains) is carried out in the form of preparation and completion of final qualifying work (graduation project)(WRC) , which completes the preparation of a specialist and is the final stage of training.

Graduation qualification work is an independent project and the student’s final work and may reflect the process of initiating knowledge, learning and skills in the most complex (creative and practical) tasks.

Pre-graduation practice, which is transferred to him, is aimed at the detailed technical part of the diploma project under the supervision of the diploma project supervisor and with the additional consulting support of specialists in special disciplines.

Care and control over the progress of the graduation qualification work, as well as the organization of preliminary control and review are entrusted to the subject-cycle commission. It indicates the level of readiness of a graduate qualified worker for entry into defense.

These methodical instructions establish special features before the organization, preparation, registration and completion of graduation qualification work (graduate students who are starting the specialty 070602 Design (behind the curtains)) information technologies.

Methodical instructions are divided accordingly to the relevant legislative and regulatory acts, which are submitted before the state certification of graduates of secondary professional education organizations.

Students are allowed to work on their diploma project if they have finalized the initial plan for their entire endeavor and have successfully completed the stages of intermediate certification.

Tablets rely on traditional graphics techniques and modern computer software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe Dreamwiever, Adobe Flash, Adobe InDesign).

The unique scientific-graphic material can be produced in three sizes, similar to the A-1 format.

3.6. Presentation

The presentation of the thesis may be organized in the form computer presentation, which combines traditional components with additional multimedia features.

When planning the bar counter, I paid special attention to the fact that it should be thought out ergonomically, because the bartender’s job is the place that plays a vital, but no less important role in the design of the game The functionality and handiness of the bar counter , as well as consistency with the style of placement.

    For the construction of the bar counter for the restaurant "GRAAL" in Vikoristan, the following materials are used: chipboard, MDF, natural black wood, decorative plastic, glass, mirrors, acrylic. The counter organizes the space of the bar, allows you to define your individuality and represent the concept of the bar.

    The height of the bar counter in the restaurant is 110 cm. The bar has a rounded structure, supported by lighting, created to add respect, creating a harmonious ensemble with the tables, walls and other furniture of the restaurant. The stand consists of three main elements: a bar module, a wall module and a canopy with lights. The bar module is divided into a working and guest station, a front part, as well as working drawers and a section for used equipment. The wall-mounted module consists of two sections: at the top one, you can set the drinks (this is information for guides about the assortment of the bar and the decoration of the room), at the bottom cabinet there is a technology that saves dishes from them.     When designing the restaurant interior project, the following were created: artistic value of the interior, hand-crafted furniture, convenient seating layout, effective ventilation, illumination of the sales area, bright table dressing, high-quality advertising products, correct serving of food and drinks. The interior of the restaurant is laid with valuable materials (valuable species of wood, highly artistic elements: carving, hammering, etc.). There is stylistic unity. For lightening, a variety of lighting lamps were used, which provide the ability to regulate the intensity of the light. To create light effects, use direct-lighting lamps, color lamps, lampshades, and wall sconces.

Eclecticism becomes a style in the interior, since the design is based on the principle of combining more than two or three stylistic types, united by color, texture, and architectural solutions (Fig. 2.3.1).

    This style, or, more simply, the existence of such a style, flourishes in the hours when one style has already “emerged”, and another has not yet appeared (Mal. 2.3.2). We can boldly say that it is true that the end of the 20th - the beginning of the 21st century is the hour of Eclecticism.

    Everything that fits and is functional is fashionable. This style is characterized by rounded cuts, strict vertical lines and shapes that “pop out”. With all types of furniture, there is a constant stagnation of decorative elements in the form of zigzags, rings, trikulets, suns, etc.

    All the best that fashionable styles had accumulated in past centuries was reflected in Eclecticism, which could organically remove different decors (Fig. 2.3.5).

    Great style – comfort and beauty in any element of the interior. Eclecticism, protea, demonstrates its features - handmade furniture, soft surfaces, plenty of textile fragments in the sample.

    In Eclecticism styles, the emphasis is on the order of the song color and its different shades, although the decorative elements themselves can correspond to different stylistic directions (Mal. 2.3.6). In addition to the color, accessories contribute to the texture and structure (Fig. 2.3.8, Fig. 2.3.9).

    .4 Placement of furniture in the interior

    Modern furniture, depending on the nature of the structural structure, is divided into stationary, combined, highly functional (if one item has two or more functions) and those that can be transformed (including sections). (Small 2.4.1) Furniture is installed according to comfort and their requirements. Comfort is determined by the softness and quantity of furniture, and functionality is determined by the nomenclature of furniture. When placing furniture, it is obligatory to comply with the norms of explosions and passages between pieces of furniture. (Mal. 2.4.2)

    Place tables in straight lines, in checker order, in groups-zones, separated by main and secondary passages. The width of the main passages varies between 1.5-2 m in restaurants, and 1.0-1.2 m in cafes and bars.

    Additional passages are required to separate the flow of guests. In restaurants their width may be no less than 1.2 m, in cafes and bars 0.8-0.9 m.

    The width is determined by the backs of the chairs, which stand at a distance of 0.5 m from the table. Near walls and columns, square tables are better placed diagonally, which creates additional ease during service. Straight tables are most often placed next to the walls, round tables are most often placed in the middle of the room. It is not recommended to place tables on the same line as the entrance doors. The walls of the straight table should have a distance of 10-20 cm. Arrange the chairs and tables so that the seats are no more than halfway under the table. Cafes and bars have wall and round sofas, and tables are also set up. Between groups of tables, often walls or columns, place sideboards for waiters with one sideboard for one or two waiters. Supplementary (side) tables should be placed near the sideboards or on the sideboards. For ease of use, refrigerator sideboards, walk-in refrigerators, and display cabinets with refrigeration units are installed in order to maintain a consistent temperature.     .5 The importance of color in interior design

    Of particular importance for interior design for food businesses is the problem of color and lighting. Color and light are to be coordinated with the customer service process. Walking around the restaurant, customers immediately recognize the color. It has been scientifically proven that color significantly influences a person’s emotional state, their moods, their self-perceived sense of purpose. Obviously, it can be both friendly and negative. The color scheme is carefully thought out to create an atmosphere of calm, comfort, security and peace in the service rooms. How do you mean that there is harmony and beauty in design, what is the idea of ​​a rich speech, a rich expression? In terms of design, the concept of “beautiful” is even more complex and clear.

    The most important thing in design is the utilitarianism of speech, the humanity behind it. The overworldly accumulation of color for the sake of respect often leads to frivolity or absurd results. In project design practice, colors, as one of the most important components of the subject-spacious middle ground, are organized according to specific minds and the influence of psychophysiology, psychology and aesthetics. The emotional effect of color significantly changes depending on the shape, size and texture of the surface, and the meaning of objects.

    Our emotional attitude towards the objects of technology is significantly connected with this, as this color composition is achieved, insofar as it corresponds to the peculiarities of function and form. In modern technology, color acts as an active feature of the composition, and as a significant contributor to brightness. The color does not have to “think” then, the color needs to be chosen wisely in order to understand how the development of the idea of ​​composition is developed. In the first stages of design, it is necessary to create a composition based on color and tone. The color closely related to proportions, scale, and wine helps to reveal staticity and dynamism.

    The treasures that arise from each color can be divided into three groups:

    Color as a factor of psychophysiological comfort (the totality of comforts that people experience when speaking): optimal lighting, placement of optimal colors, elimination of unfriendly minds in relation to climate;

    Color as a factor of emotional and aesthetic infusion;

    Color of the visual information system. If you focus on the design of speeches, you can observe a number of simple patterns of association, for example: glossy curved surfaces appear darker through strong contrasts of highlights and shadows, on matte surfaces the strength of contrast is reduced. In this way, the creation of a harmonious color-based subject middle ground can only be achieved through visualization of a whole range of problems. Color harmony cannot be the result of perfection of functional, ergonomic and colorimetric characteristics.

    6 Psychological and aesthetic aspects of infusing color into the creation of an artistic image in the design of the middle

    The infusion of lightening, color and texture in the surroundings is significantly stronger, lower level: oversaturation with color, like color starvation, is especially noticeable in the interior. The color of the premises may interfere with or interfere with functional processes. Your choice is determined by a variety of reasons, and the psychophysiological influx and emotional reactions in the interior are not at all the same as in the outside world. For a specific skin condition, it is necessary to comply with sanitary and hygienic standards, the basic compositional idea, structure, shape and amount of internal space, climate characteristics, and the level of lightening.

    In creative hands, color becomes a tool that can easily change the mood of a room, create an artistic image, and capture a little something. Zokrema, it has been established that the blue and green colors scream out the enemy of boundlessness. The dark color relieves restlessness, relieves sleeplessness, and dispels intrusive thoughts. Greenery expands the capillaries and calms down. The blue color changes the pulse rate and blood pressure.

    Cold waters (this fact was confirmed by special investigations) cause a quickening of the heart rate and a decrease in body temperature, so they easily float on people in the workplace and in suffocating places.

    Warm shades of red and yellow produce a therapeutic effect, sedation, and a good boost to your appetite. The orange color is the most physiologically palatable, it tones and evokes joy. The red part of the heart beats and promotes blood pressure, awakens and stimulates the brain. An unfriendly influx on people even in the darkest tone at great speeds. Sum and negative emotions paralyze more people and hide the guilt almost immediately. Considering that in any color scheme the interior will be visible, it is important to adjust the size and lightness of the space. For a large restaurant hall, you can choose different colors, but in a small banquet hall this option is ineffective. The lack of space can be compensated for (i.e. illusoryly expanded) by vicor and cold shades, and the great location can be quieted and given a sense of stealth, using warm shades of color. It is also important to review compositional principles.

    So, the color of the decision, which is based on contrasts, is a little enriching and promotes a vital tone. The composition, inspired by subtle nuances, promotes a calm atmosphere, and thus brings thought to the reception. Restaurant interior design is all about the song. Why do stinks differ from others? The main components of any lightening system are the light source and the lightening device. These parameters and lighting indicate the effectiveness of the lighting installation. The most important factor, in addition to the colorful design of the interior, is the comfortable service in food establishments and the correct organization of lighting. Natural lighting influences people's moods. The same applies to the piece light. Through poor illumination, the state of oppression can arise.

    Some designers insist: you can create all the lighting without doing anything else. The stench is a little too strong, but such a strong statement does not hurt the senses. The light-colored pieces of today's tables are varied, their design and technical capabilities are thorough enough to satisfy the specific needs of any client. When choosing a variety of piece light, it follows from the extent to which it harmonizes with the style and color with the interior. You should also not forget about its functionality, as it provides sufficient light and light for the eyes. I have chosen the selection and wisely arranged light fixtures, which made the atmosphere of calm and relaxation of the guests at the GRAAL restaurant comfortable (wonderful addition B).

    The nature of light is such that, when used correctly, it illuminates, restores the structure of the space, accentuates compositional centers, pays attention to other elements of the interior and surrounding details, and masks your planning. For example, in restaurants and cafes, it is especially bright to light up the daylight hours so that customers can read newspapers and magazines. At the evening hour of lightening, the atmosphere of holiness, purity and quietness is due to be created. The original traditional lighting is widely visible - it is fixed in the center of the stele with a chandelier, floor lamps or sconces, which provide a static direction of light. Today, based on this rule, the main trends are the diversity and mobility of light sources. Regardless of the fact that the chandelier, as before, has a central lighting element, moreover, since the interior of the living rooms is in a classical style, the central placement of the chandelier is no longer a priority. More and more often, the chandelier itself is installed in the place where it is most needed, for example, above the counter area or kitchen table. A popular option for lighting technology is the use of spherical or spherical lamps installed on the wall. Most often such lamps are opaque. This makes it possible to provide light, preventing glare and illuminating the entire room. The best option for this option is to create lighting that does not disturb the eye, fill the room with soft shadows, and the light will be evenly distributed throughout the entire space of the room, spreading out from the surface of the room.

    Add light to the interior of the space to allow for local or decorative lighting. In this case, for example, in a work office or bedroom, if there is no need for ambient lighting behind the large wall, then local lighting plays its positive role. The use of sconces, spotlights, and floor lamps allows you to see the interior. All respect will be reserved for you.

    In this case, if there are many types of floor lamps, you can use these models to adjust the position of the light fixture. Moreover, floor lamps are constantly in fashion, change every model, and their choice allows you to enrich the interior of the room. When choosing a lamp, pay attention to the design, so that it fits into the interior design. The bright, colorful design of a child's lamp is unlikely to look good in a work office. Also, when choosing a lamp, do not forget about the functional purpose of the application. However, the choice is up to you, and, of course, you can choose a lamp to suit your soul and mood - starting with chimera classics and ending with ascetic high-tech. Light is the greatest power of light, which gives life to every living thing on Earth! The light that overcomes the darkness is the cob prototype of our light. The light brings happiness and joy - it itself brightens our everyday life. Therefore, in our hour there is no lightning fixtures, I vikorized in the interior of the restaurant:

An electric chandelier can be equipped with a built-in or external dimmer, and it can also be combined with built-in lighting fixtures.     2.8 Current materials for the interiors of public buildings

The stele is the lower surface of the cross. This sample contains different materials. At the “GrAal” restaurant, I sourced the following materials for making the stele: wood, metal, natural stone and mirrors, mineral and polymer boards, farb, fabric, trellises.     As a rule, they are 10 or 15 cm wide and 4 m long. Lath racks can be used in a wide range of color solutions for external processing. In addition to traditional colors, they can have sintered, gilded or chromed surfaces, matte or mirror-like, with or without perforation. It is recommended to glaze panels with perforated facing elements to enhance the acoustic properties - to dampen reverberation, and with decorative trim - to enhance the architectural and aesthetic properties of the accommodation. Additional diversity in the current appearance of the stele can be introduced by the so-called layout - thin specially profiled decorative slats that are inserted between the main panels and carved lamps (Fig. 2.8.1.1, Small 2.8.1). .2).

    Installation of rack racks is awkward. Together with the decorative slabs, a load-bearing profile is supplied - a comb, which is attached to the main frame. The decorative panels themselves are simply “pinched” to the comb - they are inserted at the same clamp-retainer. If necessary, they can be easily dismantled. Rack racks can be mounted on a suspension system. In this connection, special hooks are attached to the frame, from which the adjustable suspension hangers are lowered down. The profiles that are to be carried are attached to the hanger, and then the panels are glued to them.

    In the midst of them, ever-increasingly wide mirror steles will arise. Just like in cassette hanging racks, their decorative elements are made of canvases measuring 60x60 cm and are mounted on metal raster fittings. The estimated cost of such stales is 900-1500 rubles per square meter. The choice of mirror panels and different color layouts on the Russian market is extremely wide. Another option is a suspended frame made of plasterboard sheets on a galvanized steel frame. Such stools must be solidified to ensure sufficient heat and sound insulation. In contrast to other options for suspended structures, plasterboard frames require finishing work after installation.     Before moving the tension rods, it is necessary to ensure high moisture content of the surface, their resistance to moisture, fire safety, high weight (visibility up to 100 kg per m2), ease of use (vs. the need for special supervision), as well as the speed of installation and the trivial term of service (close 15-20 rocks) with a guarantee of 10 rocks, which is provided by the manufacturing companies on the stele design. It is necessary to add a wide range of colors - a range of mirror, matte, metallic and reflective options, the possibility of creating folding volumetric structures, so as to make the tension racks especially suitable for the appearance their design decisions.

    Well, the range of installation of tension beds is practically unlimited: from apartments and offices to hotels, swimming pools and concert halls. What are the few tension rods called those that need to be carefully taken care of with sharp items, as well as a high price. This is a thing that is inferior to all other options for stele design, and grows due to changes in the flatness of the stele. The procedure for installing a tension rod is complex and depends on the particular location of the lamps that are being installed. Therefore, we will not go into detail and especially the main stages of the simplest option. First of all, on the walls along the perimeter of the room, strictly horizontally and on one level, a special profile (baguette) made of hard plastic or duralumin is fixed, after which the garpon of the wall panel is sealed, and exactly one Degrees vary depending on location. The baguette must be fastened securely, since the tension of the wall on the wall is approximately 60 kg per linear meter. After this, the canvas is carefully heated, at which the temperature in the room is 40-50 °C, for which it is specially heated with a thermal atmosphere. After the frame is tensioned, proceed to the installation of lamps, each with its own characteristics.

    Hanging stele. The last option for decorating the table, which needs to be said, is the price of the wall hanging. Stinks can be found on plasterboard, decorative panels and other sheet materials. They are fastened to a wooden or metal frame mounted in front on the base frame. Most materials that are corrugated for frames can be bent, which allows curved surfaces to be removed.

    When installing such a frame, as well as when installing suspended models, daily “wet” manual processes are required. These steles generally settle in areas with minor (1-2 cm) unevennesses that overlap there, during the daily dividing of communications at the sinus of the steles.

    Having bent the plywood behind your walls, carefully sanded its surface and puttied all the joints and imperfections, prepared it in the color you need and installed the original lamps, you can create a stele without burning heavy.

    The widest and easiest way is to cover the walls with farbs that are diluted with water. Currently, a large number of this type of farb, varying in parameters, is presented on the market. The most commonly used materials for home repairs are acrylic, latex, silicate and silicone materials.

    Let's take a look at their report.

    Acrylic latex fabric. The most popular water-based farbs. According to the experts, to remove the acidic coating, it is enough to apply just two balls of acrylic latex foam to the surface. With this coating, it appears to be elastic and effectively bridges cracks on the base up to 1 mm wide. If it is necessary to create the plaster (Mal. 2.8.1.9, Fig. 2.8.1.10) until the coating becomes rough, then the acrylic fabric will harden as completely as possible. If high vapor permeability is required before coating (for example, the preparation was made with poor waterproofing of the foundations), experts recommend using silicate or silicone preparations.

    Silicate farbi. As a rule, it is used for the preparation of mineral surfaces, for example, mineral plasters or surfaces previously coated with wax, cement or silicate farbe. When applying silicate primer, apply the trace first to the surface where the silicate primer is being coated. When combined with acrylic farbs, silicate farbs are less elastic and do not overlap small cracks in the base. Due to their high vapor permeability, silicate farbs are often prepared from old waste materials, which have been poorly protected from rising groundwater. Silicate farbees are suitable for the preparation of walls, which are suitable for everyday life. Silicate compounds have significant power - they do not support the development of microorganisms and therefore do not require the use of antiseptic additives before coating the surface.

    Silicone fabrics. In the opinion of the fakhivts, the stink comes from the greatest power of acrylic and silicate farbs. First of all, there is a problem with vapor permeability, as in silicone compounds it is approximately the same as in silicate ones. However, when replaced with silicate adhesives, they create a waterproof coating without causing surface stress on the lining, which is especially important when preparing plastered surfaces. Silicone resins will not shrink at any temperature increase. The top is coated with silicone adhesives and is a little cloudy. Silicone coatings are suitable for almost all types of mineral surfaces. The smell is good with both mineral and acrylic latex farbs. It is important that silicone adhesives can be used to re-formulate old silicate coatings. Another advantage of silicone farbs is elasticity. Stinks can cover cracks in the foundation up to 2 mm wide. Silicone coatings do not require any antiseptic additives. Working with silicone farbs practically does not require the addition of foreign inputs, since the fragments are not aggressive. Since silicone resins mix well with acrylic copolymers, they are often added to the stock of acrylic latex preparations to enhance the power of the remaining ones. Perhaps the only downside of this is its high quality.

    .8.2 Heating materials for walls

    At the “GrAal” restaurant, I selected the following materials for upholstering walls: Ceramic tiles, decorative plaster, farbi, mirror, photo trellises (at the trading floor No. 1), upholstering the walls with fabric (at the trading floor No. 3). Heavy fabrics, preserving unnoticeable folds, create the illusion of drapery, which mysteriously lingers in the depths of the room and at the same time makes it visually larger.
