The sounds of the devices are very similar. Similar tabletops are being created, some designers painted Zera F, stretched out its chairs and saved the results under the names “Zera S”.

To be honest, gadgets are more compact. Here you won’t find record thin frames (it’s possible that they stink like that in the iPhone 6 Plus), but still. Zera S with a 4.5-inch display diagonal measures 131.6 x 66.45 x 9.4 mm. Zera F looks quite small, and with just 4 inches the dimensions are 123.8 x 63.1 x 9.9 mm. This smartphone is unique in this price category due to its clear screen, as well as the current version of Android - 4.4 KitKat (from now on, we will only look at models with 1 GB of RAM , so that the uniqueness of the new device is guaranteed). On the bottom edge there is a USB connector (also the most convenient placement option for easy charging) and an opening of the microphone. There is nothing on the left side.

Above the screen there is a speaker, a front camera, and light and proximity sensors. Under the screen there are three touch buttons, and the “menu” and “back” buttons are marked, however, with dots, they can be changed in places in settings. Now about the sum: my Zera’s battery charge is not displayed correctly. Over the course of many years of listening to music, the headphones can charge either 4% or 15%. I don’t care for anything else. At the same time, according to the charge indicator, the phone does not discharge at all. If I left the phone at night with 11% charge, I turned off early. SE LWW was honestly discharged by 12-15% overnight, perhaps the Zera is discharged just like that. From 30% to 0, my new phone was discharged due to illness treatment, but there was a problem with the battery, which affected the calibration.

Another bug appeared during the first charge - the cable rim turned blue when the charge reached 86%. Sometimes this problem is repeated not necessarily on 86 aircraft. Increase from 0% to 100% The grain is charged in approximately two years, or you can add 20% per year.

Software platform

Unfortunately, hints about this only appear when you place your finger on the screen, so when you are asleep you can easily find the wrong ones. The alarm clock will sound if the phone is turned off and the device will be turned off.

Google improved the standard browser. Now the focus is entirely on functionality and fluidity. I'm not going to install the original opera.

Now there is no need to install third-party programs to display the battery charge level; Android shows it itself. You can set your phone to automatically turn off and leave behind the fold, for example, at night. This allows you to preserve the battery charge.

The sound in the headphones of my new phone is too loud for listening to music in large vehicles, but there is no reserve of sound. The acidity of the sound is less intense. And the axis of the external speakers is only suitable for jingle melodies, but not for music, which for me, who was bombarded by Wolfman’s stereo speakers, was a slight disappointment. Equated with two SE LWW speakers, it is also quiet, but really in order to increase your respect for the entrance bell or to wake up the devil, whose intensity is entirely sufficient.

The SE LWW headset did not reach Zeri. The sound is quiet, the buzz is normal only if you press the button, but not steadily release it. It is not possible to operate the player using the button on the headset. This headset is not the best, you can speak with it, your voice is good, but it’s definitely not suitable for listening to music. Are you wondering if they put a headset in the box with the cheap phone? That's good.

There's a problem with third-party players. Having tried to install 2 players. In both cases, if the widget can be placed as one on the rightmost desktop, then after restarting the phone, it will disappear from both the desktop and the list of widgets. The standard player widget does not disappear. Also, when playing music from third-party players, the next composition would not start after an hour until you entered the screen with the live button or pressed the button on the headset. Well, you have to be a real developer. It may not have all the necessary functions, but it will not be able to play tracks in folders and it will not work as a widget. The insightful widget would look better. It is still not possible to launch the previous composition in this widget - there is no such button on it. There is one more bug with the tie-in player: once the programmer control buttons on the blocking screen were not displayed on the screen. The whole world was famously re-invited.

You can boast of an IPS matrix with a qHD separate part, an autofocus camera, a 4-core processor and a completely attractive design.

Before my graduation, a video about Highscreen Zera F was released on the YouTube channel, but I couldn’t write the text. And at the hour of release, Zera S appeared. So as not to prolong the wasting of the day any longer, choosing to combine or equalize two devices in one look.

Design, dimensions, core elements

The gadgets have a classic modern appearance: rectangular body shape, sharp edges, smooth upper and lower edges, slanted sides. The stench rings practically do not differ from each other, the difference can be noted only if they are placed vertically: Zera F will be a little lower, and Zera S will be similar, a little higher. The dimensions of the first are 123.8x63.1x9.9 mm and weight 136 grams, the other – 131.6x66.45x9.4 mm and weight 146 grams.


The black-colored front panel is in no way noticeable, which is how most Android devices look. The screen is covered with a crease, but it doesn’t matter, after many years of use of devices on the displays there are no rips or abrasions. Oleophobic coating of these devices is daily. The screens are too old, they lose fingerprints, and the smell is not easy to wipe off. Warto note that the pads on the Zera S are still less noticeable, the finger still moves a little better than on the Zera F.


The edging on S and F is viconan in glossy plastic in black color. The back cover is covered with soft touch. Yakiness is definitely a problem on the Zera F, as the older model’s coating has started to peel off from the bottom end, and it’s very heavy: just soak up the little bits with a nail, and you’ll expose the glossy plastic under the soft-touch. The black color is also imperfect: the light is visible, but under the covers of the display the black color changes to brude-white.

The Zera S matrix shows the correct color transfer under direct view. If you screw up the display, then the right hand should go to the blue, the left hand should go to the yellow one, but it’s not critical. The white color under the skins turns blue and yellow. The black one is remarkably deep, as soon as you touch the screen, both the right-hander and the left-hander turn blue.

The brightness of the backlight of the Highscreen Zera S display matrix is ​​slightly higher, while the brightness of the backlight of the Zera F is less. However, as was said earlier, the images on S-tsi are more visible.

The front module is more beautiful on this model, because it is more expensive: sharper sharpness, better visibility.

The Highscreen Zera S device records video from a separate FullHD source at 30 fps. However, the sharpness is more intense at the shortest point at 720p: the sharpness is low, with a slight click when the focus is shifted. The Zera F device records in a separate format 720p at 30 fps, a bit brighter, lower on the S-ku. The older model has a clear sound, the younger model makes a lot of noise.

Unfortunately, gadgets use the front camera to record video from a separate 0.3 MP frame with a different number of frames and luminosity. The S-ki has a longer look and better brightness, while the frames have close to 12.
