The work program on the history and culture of the Kuban Cossacks in grades 1–4 is based on the author’s program by M.V. Miruk, O.M. Eryomenko, O.V. Chup.

The history of the people, their traditions, rituals, mysticism, industries and crafts are one of the factors that help people recognize their belonging to the cultural, mental middle ground.

The achievement of this knowledge in the cob school is achieved through knowledge and learning about the culture, traditions, history of the Kuban Cossacks through the experiences of the Cossack past and present day of their family, station, place; During this period itself, the formation of love for the native land and pride in belonging to the Cossack family begins.

The educational program “Traditional culture of the Kuban Cossacks” is intended for children who are studying in the early classes of the Cossack directness of the out-of-the-world schools. The educational program on the history and culture of the Kuban Cossacks is the first stage of a complex program intended for the classes of Cossack straightness, and can also be viewed as a completely independent initial discipline of additional education.

This illumination program brought together the foundations of history, traditional and Orthodox culture of the Kuban Cossacks. It is divided on the basis of the analysis of a daily initial-methodological set for school classes and groups of Cossack directness, created by leading ethnographers of the Krasnodar region.
