The VMS Inspector program consists of two components - the video surveillance system server and the client. The required components can be selected during installation. The application must be installed under an administrator account. For the operation of the server part of the application, administrative rights are also required, since access to the registry and disks is required to maintain a video archive. Note that if the server will automatically start in a non-system service mode, you will need to turn off User Account Control (UAC). Otherwise, the application will require switching to administrator mode every time it starts.
After installation, the Configure Your Server Wizard will guide you through the initial configuration and launch the server for the first time.
