- You spent about 16 rubles with MTS. Did you think that if you become a member of Beeline?

Of course, without even thinking about it. And without ever showing anything of his own. "Beeline" will always be the same for me, but it will always be distant.

You have been working for VimpelCom for three months. What are the cardinal differences in how companies approach business? To what extent is corporate culture changing?

Of course, there is a difference, but the stench is less, which is what I smelled. These are, after all, very similar organizations, in which there is a new technological platform, but new capabilities of robots on the market and, what’s more, people who are struggling, including kernel workers. Of course, corporate culture varies in certain nuances. We have different operators and different behavior, as well as different goals.

I would like to point out that Beeline is a young and living organization. This is manifested in behavior. Before speaking, the greatest importance of operators of one type is associated with banding. As far as I know, we have already become a branded company. As a marketer, I think very well. And the team and corporate culture of this brand are encouraged and developed. The Beeline brand gives, for me, more potential than the inferior MTS brand. Which brand's sentiment, approach to the market, and market presence are also determined by its history and its specificity.

- What are the key treasures for you?

I am more afraid of my fate, as I respect the importance of external people. We are fighting our own division. And I’ll guess that the first part of the split, then the other half, we got more than 20 years. And at the same time, many stores will be opened in 9 months. This is a super mess. There will be, I already suspect, the best thing not only among camera operators, but also among those selling portable equipment. After which we are also actively reforming and putting it online. Meta is our end - it is effective to become more Internet-dependent so that you can display the maximum number of your activities in your life: purchasing, sales, servicing - all online.

- How do you plan to develop online sales?

The next day, it will be practical to live without shops all day long. Just recently, there was an online store at the Beeline branch, which was much smaller than those that were both in service and in turnover, occupying 1-3% per point. The infection can already reach 10%, and the breakdown itself will grow within an hour. Then we don’t just have to sort out the fragments, but also move some of this growth to the online store. I need to know that “Beeline” is going to take a long time to get involved with someone directly, but it is gaining momentum. I appreciate that they have given hundreds of online trades to the largest in the middle of this division, and in the bright future we will soon have a number of stores. I won’t tell you in an hour or so when it will happen. This is due to the market and competition. And then we are moving part of the trading operations from the online store, and from the main stores we are developing a showroom model, where you can come and discover something new. Trading experience will be as important as the trade itself.

- What do you have in store for the model “showroom”?

These are the ones you can find, for example, at Apple stores. I often give my colleagues the thumbs down. There are very few products sold in Apple stores, but there are already too many people there, who just seem to point fingers at these products. It’s much like a car showroom, where you come to learn about a car product. And, as a rule, you don’t leave the store anytime soon.

I respect that we will walk this path, which our colleagues have laid down. We just stepped into something new. This is a service supermarket. For example, the turbulent development of the remaining two rocks is an accessory. They are more likely to use their drinks and drink their phones. During the life of a telephone, a number of cases are changed, a number of pairs of headphones are replaced, and this is where the need arises. And they were withered, and the headphones – the stench is tactile. You want to marvel at it, try it, try it on, and not just buy it on click on the Internet. This is what a showroom is all about – come, marvel, and die. Either buy it there or buy it yourself via the Internet. Looking at the services, it’s clear: financial, insurance. Not just telephone insurance, but, in principle, all types of insurance. This is a business that insurance cannot carry out on its own, because insurance does not have such disparate measures as we have. For example, for a supermarket, there is no stink, because there is a lot of smell there, and during this hour large streams can pass by the supermarket. And we, in my opinion, are miraculously adjusted, and how the division can be useful for this, lower banking division.

- Am I correct in understanding that in your salons it is possible to see “cave with you”, like at gas stations, for example?

The store itself is really not just a store that sells telephones. This is really boring. Stores where you can change the tariff? This is even more boring. The current format of the store is not evolving, and those experiments that we have been working on for the rest of the time are just our attempts to find other new formats. I already said that we have a task - not to cause another split, but to earn money by stealing it. Our offices will remain closed. Why will the stench be so bad? Will we sell phones better? No. Everyone stinks, however. Will we have better sellers? I, of course, rely on this, otherwise it is not possible to obtain insurance on this. Will we have the best locations? All locations are the same. So what can we steal for a shell? For rakhunok format. For the current nature of service and new methods of working with clients. These are the things we are about to do in advance. And in fact, there are other new services, including those from competitors. There may be cava, there may be multimedia and much more. We are experimenting and don’t yet know the recipe for what the division will be like, what the stores will be like. Mi shukatimemo.

What if you reach the stage of optimization of offline distribution and close some of your stores? Respecting everything, such a great measure, “Bilein” has nothing to say about what you so loudly said.

The development phase will move into the reconstruction phase. This is obvious. A change in the number of salons is inevitable. Some of them will switch to the format of showrooms with a great and good range of goods, services and further interaction with clients for the delivery system to other points that will be distributed throughout the region. There are not these great stores with great stocks, a great number of personnel associated with these stores. We believe that optimization will be more effective this way. From now on, we can earn some good money offline. Before the end of the summer, I think we will complete the stage from the division and mundane salons of the Euroset part. After this, our lives will begin with experiments, development, reformation. It's melodious, it sings no less than rock. We need to make sense of everything. And finally, we will come to the point where we can become an operator without division or, for hire, without that division to which we have all been called.

Do you care that the retail market, after other benefits, is heading towards operator division? How can we expect the emergence of such products as in the countries of Europe and America, if the subscriber is sold a contract for a smartphone and subsidized devices?

It’s true that this has already happened. There are no independent drivers in this market. As long as your food is subsidized, then everything will fall under the population's platosprobility. But we don’t need it on our temples. In Europe and the USA, subscribers pay significantly more. It’s true that we don’t actually pay for the service, but for the construction of the building that we bought. You don’t have to pay for new models of iPhone, Samsung, etc. The part of the vitrat connections in one’s own region is insignificant.

What are you going to do with the main business of the company? In the meantime, Beeline has given up another place for the number of subscribers to Megafon, and Tele2 is actively gaining a subscriber base.

Catering to a subscriber base is a piece of cake, but for me it’s a no-brainer. Feed your colleagues at the market, why are the stinks coming from this drive? I sing that they don’t boast and even shyly. The number of subscribers at the time was the most important indicator of the operator’s development at the stage of increasing penetration, first the sale of a SIM card, then the sale of a SIM card from other devices, then to the sale of another SIM card from a dual device – that’s all it was very polite. These are those for whom we fought one after another, and now the fight is over. There is no sense in chasing after SIM cards. If someone's base is collapsing, then their income is not improving - the axis is like MTS. Colleagues of the small beautiful past river, and behind the pouch of fate, stinks showed a good financial result, growing by 2% on the basis. 2% of the base is not important, so there could be SIM cards, which few people have used. Beeline has the same SIM cards as its operator.

- What does the big business VimpelCom expect? Is the decision to sell the supports still in force?

We do not give up selling large businesses. Everything here is priced. That price, which we consider rational for ourselves, has not yet been applied to anyone. Let us open for negotiations.

- How do you decide to block Telegram? How does this affect the galuz, the company and you especially?

I used Telegram, as well as other messengers that are popular on the market. Now, obviously, I’m not being selfish. I don’t think anyone has a special tragedy. Thank God, there are other messengers.

- What about the numerous Telegram channels?

I think that the channels that migrate to other messengers and programs will not disappear. The food, which was manually sold and became a snack. Now the badges will have to be changed.

If I’m going to blame the company, this is a short-term waste of traffic between several hundreds of networks. For us, this is not super painful, because, as you miraculously understand, most of the traffic in the middle of packets is not assigned to specific programs and resources, just the same. In addition, Telegram traffic took up only a small portion of our subscribers. Please note that. It is acceptable that people like me switch to other messengers. After this, the traffic will resume. Of course, this is the policy of the country, the policy of the legislator, we can settle with it. Such a path has been taken. I'm going to go crazy, what will happen with messengers? Since Telegram cannot or does not want to satisfy the regulator’s needs, as other messengers behave, similar benefits to them, which are expected for everything, will appear sooner or later. If they are also not satisfied, then they may have the same path as Telegram. Then new messengers will appear. Among them there will be those who are satisfied with the power of legislation.

- Before speaking, what will happen with the messenger we will launch as part of the Veon project?

The messenger is working. Until now, nothing has appeared that would tire his robot. This is good for us. Just recently, we marveled at messengers with skepticism, but we realized that it was very difficult to win a piece of such a highly competitive market, but in the new minds of our Veon, a friend might appear. At the same time, the platform continues to develop on two extensions - on Veon and on My Beeline. Observations and parallel developments are important as well as having high potential.

– Do you see how Telegram traffic has increased in the first days after the blocking began?

It’s paradoxical, but we were surprised that Telegram’s traffic had increased. Possibly, people simply said goodbye en masse. We also wanted to spend the rest of our time catching up with the amazing increase in traffic on Skype. Moreover, we cannot understand this video, audio or messenger. We haven’t seen any significant improvements in other popular messengers Viber and Whatsapp.

In one of your interviews, you said that you expect clear and reasonable rules of the game from the powers. What do you care about?

We have a great need for active actions from the side of the state. It’s not worse in the defense sector, but in the regulatory and permissive part. For example, PJSC “VimpelCom” acquired a large number of different frequencies, bought licenses, so that they can be easily paid for by suppliers all over the country. In this case, some of these licenses cannot be used by Vikoristan, which means that there are restrictions that are being extended to us. When these frequencies were bought, it was said that the stinks would be cleared and given to us, or about those that would be moved more closely. Tim not less, it turns out that there are already a lot of risks in terms of frequency reduction, which cannot be done by vicor operators. This is the maximum power supply, if the base station is working, but not more than 2 W; Outside blocking, if the BS is prompted, or maybe turned on. It is impossible for the parts that we have burned to be. This concerns both us and other operators. What is most glaring, in my opinion, is the violation of the contractual relationship between business and the state and the non-conventional state of its regulatory and licensing functions.

Since then, we have submitted an application to obtain frequencies for testing 5G, so we still don’t understand what the smell will be. We want to experiment, we want to try all possible and impossible methods of transmission. Please don't give us frequencies. And do not give them under different drives, it is important in view of the fact that they are contaminated, they are vikoristic. It seems to us that you can do harm to anyone.

Well, there are also a number of other sources, such as Big Data, work with information about residents, which many of us have. Our colleagues in the Internet business are already victorious about them, but we have no such ability. And the reason is very simple. If we smell something like it stinks, then they will come to us and say that you are vikorist licenses incorrectly. No one comes to them, because without giving them a license, they simply take it and cash in on the data as if they were paying for their needs. It is impossible to close them, because no one is allowed to practice them. These are precisely the words that without power, business cannot survive on its own.

Technically, we produce everything possible. I would like to point out that there is a paradoxical situation, since the law was adopted a long time ago, there is no specification text behind this law. This is an absurd situation. At the same time, a law has been adopted regarding the fact that the colonization of Mars may begin on June 1, 2018, and the text of the specification for the launch vehicle is missing in the middle of the week. Introduce technological means to ensure that this law is enforced in a way that we can read at once, which actually means instituting a comprehensive system for preserving data in the middle of the operator. And yet we still don’t understand that there will be only mobile traffic, mobile and fixings, and then a TV station. And it doesn’t matter that everything is licensed and protected. We are a great operator of IPTV and TV station running Internet channels. Is this also required to be written down? This is so, but the problems are completely different. It’s good that we have great data centers. Therefore, we can implement step by step the benefits of legislation based on technology, geography and duty. But I dare to admit that none of the operators who live can be victorious to the letter of the law, whoever it is. I suspect that there will be a normal relationship between business and the other parties that will gradually lose control, with the normal development of the technological Maidan.

- How much does it cost to save data?

I am not ready to respond to your request. We are in the process of assessing our expenses and preparing technical requirements. I hope that all the great operators of the mobile and fixed-line market will be able to find out the costs and penalties of the law. Ale tse is available in reasonable terms. I have great doubts that small operators can be created, including both mobile and fixed-line ones. There are hundreds of them, and they can work all the same things that great operators do. In this case, most of their traffic falls on torrents, video, IPTV and other services. Everything here needs to be saved, collected, and given access. Technically and economically, it is not very effective. On this point I would like to express my respect and assure you that the law will be the same for everyone, and not just for those who can physically oust you.

- Do you have any idea why 5G is needed from a practical side?

For now, 5G is not a waste of time, as it migrates from one product to another. I remember when 5G was first presented in Barcelona, ​​they all showed driverless cars. There is not much to say about them. The remaining cases involve industrialization in factories, highly effective connections, and low-cost Wi-Fi. This will cover hot spots of increased traffic in the middle of agglomerations, places and buildings, often reducing the demand on the 4G network. We want to try all these options for 5G, protest, give us frequencies.

- At the end of our interview, I would like to chat, how did you come to telecom? How did it all start?

It all began, apparently, for me with a creative work - with a radio station. At the radio station, which produced a bunch of rocks, I took over this cool new business. And after this came the first serious work. This is Coca-Cola. I had the opportunity to work with marketing. I wanted to crumble away. Axis simply wanted not to miss this time. In my opinion, the mobile connection itself will be something we click on so we don’t want to miss it. And when the weather showed up, I just rolled around in it. Mobile connections are those that are constantly changing, constantly becoming different, constantly throwing out a cry and with this cry as if trying to cope. Why am I still here?

- What, in your opinion, is the role of a plumber in a company like VimpelCom?

The manager or general director is a person who has great ability in the company and who gives that ability to other people. This is my general director. The role of the manager is the same, which motivates each of your people, subordinates, and colleagues to help them, so that this motivation works directly as needed by the business. Which software services are you benefiting from?

I’m not a vikorist for anything special or extraordinary. I use Keynote for presentations and Vikorist Pages for texts. For business needs, use Word and Excel. I actively use iPhoto and Final Cut because I need to compose a video, so I write a lot of speeches for the blog myself: it’s too bad to try everything.

As far as communication is concerned, I am using WhatsApp with a large group of people who love WhatsApp. With people who love Telegram (for example, Megafon CEO Ivan Tavrin), I am a vikorist Telegram.

In the middle of the company, for communication with top management and teams, we use Slack. This is one of the leaders of the group robot, we have about 80 vikorists. It’s easy to discuss team speeches with him online.

Due to the current situation, I am making use of a lot of other programs. What's new in IT and telecom, I'm a victor of Siliconrus. Without a doubt, I look at the RBC page through a browser. Plus, the company implements press monitoring in a non-standard way. It doesn’t look like it has a link in Word or HTML, but it was built on the basis of the Flipboard mobile app. In this manner, those who write ZMI about us, in the form of a single flow, are not only interested in us, but also in the fire of someone. And the main telecom business product is the Medallia add-on, which allows us to monitor online Net Promoter Score indicators, similar to the service, and select relevant analytics online.

You are already an active champion of social measures. How do you deal with them?

According to social media, I have all the necessary mobile programs installed. Instagram is one of my favorites. I have 8.5 thousand prepaid people there. This measure is reflected by a high level of positivity, due to the fact that there are more women on Instagram, and the female audience generates more positive content. At LiveJournal, in which among journalists there is a real advantage among all people, and even more so in an important century, sometimes there is simply trash going on. How often do you look at new news?

Some of the information that is obtained through social networks is a robot. Through the barriers, I remove the gateway from clients: what we don’t do is what we want to gain respect for. Such insights provide a lot of benefits because we run a service business and now need to understand what we experience in our interactions with clients. That’s why I regularly check everything about once every two years. If there is a problem, I am forwarding it to those who are responsible for this sector, please call me. The right thing is that such a process goes beyond the specific problem of one client. From a skin problem like this, you can identify a large number of substitutes for those that are causing problems in the entire system. The system itself needs to be corrected.

We have a social media group on Slack, in which the guys inform about important signals. Well, Slack is a working tool that is checked more often than other posts in social networks. Therefore, if anything elicits my quick reaction, then I react – but awkwardly.

Of course, I don’t sit quietly in social settings and I’m always amazed at the updates every two years, because the inmates don’t allow that. I gather most information when I go to work, from work to the eighth morning, and when I return home: I look at press monitoring, create a journal on FlipBoard, and upload information and tasks. I spend an hour at the door on a thorough screening of what has happened, and analysis of the ligamentous ligament.

LiveJournal's blog is a form of self-expression, but it is clear that it is only for business purposes. I would be happy with the time that I am happy, having spent more money for myself and my family. Ale is part of what we work in Beeline, with Beeline and around Beeline.

How do you plan your schedule?

You worked in the rich high-tech galuzes. When are you trying to figure it out?

I didn’t need any knowledge from the university. The main thing I learned at the university is this mechanism for gaining knowledge. When I came to read them, they laid out political economy, but in two years it became foolish. The only subject that we will focus on is economic mathematics, which we have studied with the help of handy tools. And they definitely didn’t teach me what happened in business in the 90s. Wonder why it’s too early to call it “too early.” In the nineties, when the old directors and their socialist methods ceased to be practiced, those who had graduated from the university and were now themselves became the bosses of Sweden. And I respect that leadership is something that is worth learning. The first person in the way of rethinking himself and changing himself can become a leader. Perhaps not ideal. The analogy with sports is: right now you can’t do anything, unless you train hard, follow your progress, pay respect for mercy and correct them, then you will definitely improve your appearance. We can say that the ceramicists are popular and there was no chance for others. Ale be a leader on a very good level, maybe even your skin.

What do you admire about a job?

Nothing particularly matters to me. There are problems, it turns out, and everything takes time. The company operates in a highly competitive industry. And external factors, but a lot of the problems are inherent in the company itself, which we respect ourselves, but are consistently fighting against. And I really want to move on from the growing problems to the creation of something new and disruptive. Let’s not be as innovative as Jobs, our industry is still more traditional, but I think that in three years we will not be what we imagine today. I hope to increase the level of work and services, and most importantly, service for clients.

If you were told to use some kind of magic to thoroughly master one skill without practicing, what would you choose?

I hope to sleep well, but I have a big problem with my hearing. Yogo can also be taught, but I’m a human being, because I love everything kindly. However, if I spend a lot of energy on training, I will become an even mediocre performer. That’s why I asked them to teach me how to sleep.
